Luca Bella Salon and Spa
By booking an appointment or using the services of Luca Bella Salon and Spa (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
A valid phone number and/or email address is required to secure a booking.
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.
3. Payments
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice and at the discretion of stylist's.
All services must be paid in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refunds & Adjustments
We do not offer refunds on completed services.
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may offer a reasonable adjustment at our discretion.
Retail product sales are final unless the product is defective.
5. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or pregnancy prior to services.
Luca Bella Salon and Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment may pose a health or safety risk.

With your consent, photos or videos may be taken for marketing or social media purposes.
Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed.
